In 2015, Atlanta Housing and the City of Atlanta secured a $30 million Choice Neighborhoods Implementation Grant to drive revitalization across several historic Westside neighborhoods, including Ashview Heights, the Atlanta University Center, and Vine City. This final phase delivers on that vision: replacing outdated housing with a modern, mixed-income community designed to honor the area’s history while supporting long-term growth, stability, and homeownership.
