She is a nationally recognized real estate broker and finance expert, and our team has closed over $100 million in residential transactions in the Atlanta Metro area. With a degree in Finance from Alabama A&M University and more than two decades of industry experience, Maja combines deep market knowledge with financial acumen to help clients make smart, profitable real estate decisions. Her expertise spans from first-time homeownership and affordable housing initiatives to luxury sales, land acquisition, and new-construction development.
She understands every angle of a real estate transaction and what drives value for sellers, how to structure offers for buyers, and how to evaluate whether a deal truly pencils out for builders and investors.
